To create an account, click on the ‘Sign Up’ button on the homepage, provide your email address and a password, and follow the on-screen instructions.

We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and popular digital wallets.

After placing an order, you can track its status by logging into your account and navigating to the ‘My Orders’ section.

We offer a 7-day return policy for most products. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Certain products may have specific return conditions.

To cancel an order, go to ‘My Orders’ in your account, select the order you wish to cancel, and click on the ‘Cancel’ button. Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.

Currently, we deliver only within India. We are working towards expanding our services to international locations in the future.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a return or replacement.
